I am looking at a B7610 with a 60" belly mower to mow about 6 acres of mixed lawn and field. I also need to plow snow. I would use a back blade on the tractor for that. I got a price of $12850 for the tractor and mower with a HST and Industrial tires. Does this seem OK?

Are you getting a FEL with it? I would never buy another tractor without the front end loader. I'm not really sure about the price as the 7610 is a new model. I had priced a 7500 last year and for the 60" mower, HST tractor & FEL, I was quoted $13,500. Just a guessimate, but I would say that may be a bit on the high side. ....

spend the extra money and get the loader. Thats the only reason i bought mine. Its a forklift, crane, power wheel barrel, excavator, snow removal tool, etc. You use it for more thing than you can think of right now. The resale value is much higher when you have a loader. Because homeowner only buy tractors with MMM to cut the grass and play with the loader. It real hard to talk the wife into letting you buy a tractor with a loader, but real easy if theres a mower becaue you can cut the grass with. Were as Me, use the loader to make living and never use the MMM. But will take them, because we can't give them away to homeowners with out a MMM when we try to resale them. ....
